Gianna`s Pizzeria in Suffolk

This is hands down one of the greatest places to eat I have found since being in the tidewater area of Virginia. The food price definitely matches the serving size as well as the quality. The staff is amazing, the atmosphere was relaxed yet full of positive energy. I will be coming here for years to come.

I loved this place! The first thing I noticed were the desserts lol but I did not get one. It was my birthday weekend and I wanted pizza so my guy took me hear, I had never heard of it but he said if you want pizza, Gianna's it is. The staff if friendly and the food is wonderful. We ended up getting the 18' Gianna special and added bacon. When the pizza arrived it was gorgeous, I couldn't wait to dig in. Crust is just right, and an abundance of toppings. I would recommend this place for anyone who loves pizza!

Really good crust. Giannasspecial was really good. Greek salad very good. Why 3 stars? There is NO website. Frustrating trying to figure out what to order. Finally called to place an order and ask questions about toppings. Buffalo chicken pizza was minimally spiced.

We come often and love the delicious 😛 garlic knots. All of their dishes are great. Large servings, great service and quality entrees. A local's treasure.

As always service was amazing and the food is true Italian. Best Italian food since we left Italy in 1991.

Stuffed is the correct word on how I felt. I ended up going here for lunch right when they opened. Our waitress was very nice. I asked about specials and they had so many but there wasn't a print out ready yet. I ended up getting the fried moz. They were pretty good but they were "mind blowing omg I have to come back" I also got the lunch special lasagna. It was good and filled my craving for lasagna. The services was great, but it gets 4 because of the prices.

Food was awesome, and plentiful. The half eating zeti was a lunch special and I could not finish it. We were happily surprised when we received our food. Didn't take a picture of the pizza we hand, but it was nice, foldable and fresh.We also had dessert, and it was absolutely amazing, it was like a meal in itself. It was one of the first chocolate cakes where the cake was more important than the frosting!! Definitely a go to for Italian food.

Amazing dinning experience! I would highly suggest this for any special occasion! The bar was good, the food was wonderful, in my experience the company was fantastic but that's up to you. ;) A must try for sure!

The Very Best Food ... Really! Their garlic knots are better than anybody's I have tried. The lasagna is truly to die for! Lots of mozzarella! Unbelievable marinara sauce! I have NEVER had bad food or service here!

Very disappointed 😞 waited for a hour to be sited (even that I was told waiting is about 30 minutes) another group was sited before me even that they come 30 minutes after me 😡Very unprofessional 😠when we address that it’s not ok what they did,they didn’t even show that they care or whatever ☹️I never witness this before because my husband being African American as well my brother in law I’m he’s family.The greeter look very uncomfortable because what her manager did was not ok ☹️I will make sure to share this experience with my family and friends because #blacklifesmatter

The food is average, good. The owners wife fussing out a staff member, and the kids going back and forth from behind the counter was uncomfortable to witness. But it's the PRICES! Always wonderful! Pizza is very authentic and delicious! Subs are great! Marsala is some of the best in the area. Portions are extremely plentiful! A delicious meal for your money!

EVERYTHING IS GOOD!! Close your eyes and select, but know that if you pick the LARGE STOMBOLI it could feed 4 hungry people.. hahahaha! It's amazing. Highly recommend!

Gianna's Pizzeria is a very good restaurant. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is amazing, including their pasta and sandwich options. They also offer their menu items to go, which is a great option as well. They have a full bar and an assortment of fresh dessert options. You can take your desserts to go at the end of the meal if you're too full.

New York style pizza was OK but a little bland. Fried cheese ravioli appetizer was very good and the tiramisu was incredible!

Beware, long wait before orders taken then charge 20% tip for starving to wait for poor service. Overpriced. Food is not good. Will never come back. Better off at Sals pizza, taste better.

This place is absolutely amazing! By far the best Italian I've had in Hampton Roads. The chef running the kitchen does not play! I ordered the Seafood Cognac and words cant describe how tasty it was. In spite of how busy the place was on a Friday night, we were seated immediately and within 10 minutes of ordering, our food was served. You will not be disappointed if you decide to visit!

This is the most authentic NY style pizza, outside NY! I’m a native New Yorker, so I’ve tried a lot of pizza. The service is fast and efficient. Everyone is friendly and there is a nice selection of menu items to choose from aside from pizza. It’s our go to place. You must give it a try!

Really nice atmosphere.. More of a higher end than mom and pop Italian restaurants. Try the chicken marsala or piccata, manicotti or stromboli. They are all excellent choices..

I ordered the Deluxe Calzone (small). It was good. I also ordered a side of bacon cheddar fries. The fries were fresh. The portions were big. I've had their pizza before as well and it was also good. The calzone was a bit pricey though.

The pizza remind me of home it has authinic New York pizza all thumbs up

I love the sandwiches! The food is great and it always comes quickly. A great spot for lunch or dinner. Nice selection of drinks and various entrees as well.

Omg !!! Gianna's has got to be my favorite restaurant hands down . Excellent food for your buck. Service has always been friendly and on point. The atmosphere is very comfortable. I finally tried the desert and just like everything else about Gianna's it did not disappoint . Again O M G !

So good!!! Everything even the garlic knots! Please try the Fruity pebble! Very homey. Loved it all the way down to my 6 year old. We left full and happy. Great Service!
